面向网络化制造的注塑模CAD／CAE系统研究与实现

分析了网络化制造环境下的注塑模计算机辅助设计／计算机辅助工程（CAD／CAE）协同工作流程，结合网络化制造和注塑成型模拟系统的特点和发展方向，提出了面向网络化制造的解决方案。为实现CAD和CAE的协同工作，开发了基于协同工作流管理的网络服务系统，实现了CAD／CAE数据传输、工艺参数配置以及分析结果显示的系统集成。系统门户网站的设计遵循了注塑成型模拟的业务流程，在应用服务器设计上采用了基于AOP（面向方面编程）技术的解决方案，提出采用更加标准化、更开放的网络信息集成平台方案，以期推动模具企业数字化制造技术在网络环境下的应用和发展。

Research and Application of CAD/CAE System's Integration in Networked Manufacturing for Molds of Injection

The cooperative work flow of CAD/CAE for molds of injection under the network environ- ment was analysed,the networked manufacturing and the characteristics and development process of in- jection molding CAE system were integrated,a solution based on internet is presented.Network service system based on cooperative work flow administration has been developed,and CAD/CAE data transfer, configuration of process parameters,display of results have been realized for the purpose of cooperating work of CAD/CAE.At the same time,a solution based on AOP(Aspect Oriented Programming)is presented,using a more standard and open network information integration platform to promote the application and development of digital manufacturing technology including CAD/CAE for molds of injection in network environment.
