高强钢Domex 700MC焊接热影响区显微组织及性能分析

摘    要:采用埋弧焊和CO2气体保护焊方法获得了高强钢Domex700MC焊接接头试件,并对两种方法下焊接热影响区的显微组织及性能进行了分析比较,结果表明:采用CO2气体保护焊时,接头热影响区的组织、性能优于采用埋弧焊时的情况;采用埋弧焊方法焊接此类钢时,为保证接头具有一定的塑韧性,应严格控制线能量。

Abstract:Using SAW and CO2 MAW method, the specimens of high strength steel Domex 700MC welded joints were got. The microstructure and performance of HAZ under the two methods was analyzed, the results show that the microstructure and performance of HAZ when using CO2 MAW method is better than those when using SAW method, and the heat-input should be controlled when use SAW method in order to keep the toughness of the joints.
