摘    要:采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定橡胶配合剂氧化锌中的氧化铜(以铜计)含量。阐述了测量不确定度的主要来源: 样品质量m,定容体积V以及铜的测定浓度c。进行了不确定度的评定,给出了合成不确定度。原子吸收光谱法测定橡胶配合剂氧化锌中氧化铜含量不确定度结果表示为:(0.001±0.00014)%,k=2。

Abstract:The copper oxide (Cu) content in rubber compounding agent-zinc oxide was determined by use of air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The main sources of measurement uncertainty were identified and they were from mass of sample m, solution volume V, determined copper concentration c. The Uncertainty was evaluated and the combined uncertainty was quantified. The uncertainty result of copper oxide content in rubber compounding ingredient-zinc oxide determined by atomic absorption spectrometry are expressed as: (0.001 ± 0.00014)%, k = 2.
