针对当前零部件品种繁多、形状复杂 ,而手工操作车床效率低、质量差的特点 ,介绍了一种使用JWK数控系统对CW6 136车床主轴进行数控化改造的方案 ,使其在加工过程中 ,既保证加工精度 ,又能自动变速以适应不同的切削要求

Abstract:
Today the spares and components' species is various, the shape complicated, but the handicraft operation lather efficiency is low, quantity is badness. Aim at the feature, introduce a kind of reform project using JWK numerical control system to proceed to CW6136 lather principal axis for numerical control. Making its in the process of machining, not only pledging the machining precision, but also automatically changing speed to adapt to the differently request of slicing.
