金属加工液中控制微生物方法初探

摘    要:在含水型金属加工液中微生物的污染会严重影响加工液的性能和加工操作,并且危害工人的健康。本文简单介绍了金属加工液中微生物的生长以及控制微生物生长的方法,在这些方法中加入抗微生物添加剂是比较行之有效的方法。文章列举了几种常用的抗微生物添加剂的类型以及使用方法、用量等,这对抗微生物添加剂的选择使用起到一定指导作用。

Abstract:The microbiological contamination has influenced severely the performance and operation of metal processing fluids. And it is harmful to workers' health when it contains water. The growth of microbe and the methods of controlling microbiological growth in metal-working fluids are discussed. Among these methods, it is the most effective to add the anti-microbe additive to the metal-working fluids. Several kinds of common anti-microbe additives are listed, including the use method and dosage, ect. This will guide the choice of anti-microbe additives.
