Abstract:Launch device circuit box in the process of operation, the quantity of heat of generation of circuit box and launch device reliability effect. How to design and manufacture process of circuit box in the generation of heat to reduce as far as possible, at the same time, can will work produced in quantity of heat to send out out as soon as possible, the influence of heat in control circuit box of normal working range. This paper discussed the problems mentioned above, this paper expounds the heat to launch device of circuit box influence on the performance of the work, analyzes the circuit in the production process of heat. Through the cooling technology in launch device circuit box of design in the process of application, improve assembly the reliability of the circuit box, make product performance can better use.
