摘    要:根据近年来水电厂对机组状态监测的需求与故障诊断技术的发展状况,基于原HM9000水电机组远程在线监测分析系统的基础,设计开发了一套开放式水电机组故障诊断专家系统软件平台,通过搜集、整理和分析部分常见故障案例,并吸收归纳本领域部分专家的诊断经验,对诊断经验实现了知识化、规则化和可用化。结合三峡集团公司大型诊断中心的建设,实现了部分故障的智能诊断,为机组状态检修提供了依据。

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer and monitoring technologies in recent years, more and more online monitoring devices of hydropower units have been installed and applied in hydropower plants. Although various diagnoseic methods have been studied in depth, the methods mostly remain in beta test or constrained to an individual case. Effective and efficient fault diagnosis system is still unavailable, which has been a bottleneck in condition-based maintenance technology. In this paper, a fault diagnosis method for hydropower unit, which is based on expert system and hybrid reasoning, is proposed. With the construction of a large fault diagnosis center of Three Gorges Corporation, an open architecture software platform has been designed. By the collection and analysis of common fault cases, the system can make intelligent diagnosis for common faults, and provide the basis for the condition-based maintenance of hydropower unit eventually.
