摘    要:16Cr20Ni14Si2属于经典耐热钢牌号,标准中碳、锰、硅控制范围较宽,元素含量的高低对钢的力学性能和高温性能有着明显的影响。为了了解碳、锰、硅元素等对16Cr20Ni14Si2耐热钢性能的影响,通过不同碳、锰、硅含量试验钢的力学性能比较,以及Thermal-Calc析出相计算与比较,初步了解这些元素在钢中的作用及对力学性能的影响。试验数据表明,700℃以下拉伸时,碳、锰、硅元素的含量对16Cr20Ni14Si2耐热钢高温屈服强度和抗拉强度有较大影响。

Abstract:The 16Cr20Ni14Si2 belongs to a classic heat-resistant steel grades.Its content of carbon,manganese and silicon has a wide range.The control level of these elements affects the steel's mechanical properties and high temperature performance significantly.In order to understand the effect of carbon,manganese and silicon on heat-resistant steel 16Cr20Ni14Si2 performance,the authors compared mechanical properties of the test steels with different contents of carbon,manganese and silicon,and calculated and compared their Thermal-Calc precipitated phases,and finally,they knew the role and effect of these elements on the steel's mechanical performance.The test data indicated while being stretched at the temperature below 700℃,the contents of carbon,manganese and silicon have a great influence on heat-resistant steel 16Cr20Ni14Si2's high temperature yield strength and tensile strength.
