| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑苏冲剂在治疗急性中、重型颅脑损伤中的临床疗效。方法2005年3月～2007年8月我院共收治86例急性中、重型颅脑损伤患者。随机分成两组：对照组41例，给予常规综合治疗；治疗组45例，除用常规治疗外，加用脑苏冲剂口服或胃管内注入，疗程均为10d。观察疗程结束后GCS评分、颅内压及开始排便的时间等。结果治疗组患者GCS评分、颅内压、开始排便的时间等明显优于对照组。结论脑苏冲剂对急性颅脑损伤有良好的治疗效果。
