| Abstract: | The methods of calculating relative and Absolute course and speed of the sea and surface targets applied in radars are mainly proposed,and a discussion on a few of methods capable of improving the calculating accuracy of course and speed is made.Finally,a method to validate the calculating accuracy of relative and Absolute course and speed is given. |
