| 摘 要： | 中小型常用闸阀采取液控缓闭装置的设想目的,是想解决常用闸阀在开启工作后,因故电源突然中断,工作机械失去动力(如水泵),管路中的液体失去动力源将会快速倒流,安装于管路的闸阀在无操作电源时能实现两阶段关闭,即停电瞬间闸阀快速关闭2/3,余1/3缓慢关闭,既避免流体快速倒流损坏工作设备和动力设备;又避免快速关断水流发生水锤现象。实现用液控缓闭闸阀代替常用闸阀和缓闭蝶阀或逆止阀的目的。

The Imagination of Using the Liquid Control Device in Medium and Small Scale Floodgate Valve |

| Abstract: | The purpose of liquid control device which always used in medium and small scale floodgate valve is to solve the problem of liquid flowing backwards fast when working machinery lost power(such as the water pump) for power cutting off suddenly due to certain reason.The floodgate valve installed on the pipeline may realize two stages closure while there is no operating power,floodgate valve may close to 2/3 fast while lose electrical power,the rest 1/3 of it can close slowly,which not only prevented the fluid from flowing backwards and damaging working equipment and power apparatus;but also prevented from the hammer phenomenon while shut off the flow fast. |
