| 摘 要： | 对饮用ClO2、ClO2-和ClO3-水溶液小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的发生率进行了研究。对对照组和试验组小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的发生率进行u检验,结果表明,624mg/L的ClO2水溶液、800mg/L的NaClO2和Na-ClO3水溶液对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性结果(p>0.05),即三种水溶液对小鼠微核发生率无影响。

| Abstract: | The changes in micro-nuclei of polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE)were studied with mouses drinking mixed aqueous solution of ClO 2 .The u examination s made between male and female of each test group and contrasted group showed that The aqueous solutions of ClO 2 ?NaClO 2 and NaClO 3 (of624,800and800mg /L respectively)were not mutagen of chromosome mutation,and the results of Micro-nucleus tests of polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE)were negative. |
