摘    要:针对挖掘机驱动齿轴在掘进过程中所发生断裂的断口形貌特征、断口附近金相组织、常规力学性能,以及该材料化学成分等内容进行了较为全面的理化检测分析,由此推断该挖掘机驱动轴材质存在严重的疏松缺陷是产生过早疲劳断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper, the fractography, metallography ,mechanics roperties.microstructure, chemical composition of the fracture of driver's axle of the excavator have been observed and analized by means of physical and chemical examination testing. It can be detected that the early fatigue fracture of the driver's axle of the excavator may be caused by a large amount of porousnesses of the excavator material interior.
