| 摘 要： | 介绍了从意大利PWT公司引进的PWT-CWS.02NRT管道全位置自动焊机的组成、工作原理及技术工艺特点,PWT外自动根焊克服了内自动根焊仅适用于固定管径的缺点。结合辽河油田油建二公司对该套设备在西气东输工程中的使用情况,总结了PWT外自动根焊操作要点及施工中的注意事项,对根焊过程中产生的缺陷进行了分析,并提出了处理措施,可供管道焊接技术人员参考借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the makeup, work principle and technological characteristics of pipeline whole location automatic welding machine PWT-CWS.02NRT made by Italian PWT Company. In combination with the application practice of this equipment to West to East Gas Pipeline Project by No.2 Company of Laohe Oilfield, it summarizes the key manipulation points and the notable matters during construction, analyzes the welding defects produced in root welding process, and puts forward the treatment measures. |
