| 摘 要： | 中国城市供水定价的目标是保证正常需求，抑制过量需求。对目前国际上比较流行的两种城市供水定价模式进行比较分析，指出分类分级定价模式符合中国实际，价格上限定价模式具有成本约束的优点，并提出中国城市供水定价改革的相关建议。
