摘    要:对于船舶艉轴密封环内外侧工作介质压差引起的密封端面变形,传统采用的分析方法隔离体法和整体粘接都假定密封端面必须始终完全接触,忽略了动、静环密封端面变形的差异,不能反映高介质压力下密封端面的局部接触问题。本文基于接触理论提出了整体接触法,对船舶艉轴密封环内外侧工作介质压差引起的密封端面变形进行了有限元分析,保证了端面受力与变形的协调,实现了端面接触力的自动求解和静密封环的平衡。有限元分析结果表明,密封端面在力和力矩作用下产生锥形变形,形成接触闭合区和锥形开口区,且在接触区有应力集中。

Abstract:In order to analyze the seal face deformation caused by internal and external side pressure difference of job excitatory transmitter around ship stern shaft sealed ring,the traditional methods,such as calculating separately and analyzing wholly by gluing the mechanic seal face,assume that seal face must always keep contact absolutely and ignore the seal face deformation difference between the float ring and motor ring and could not reflect the seal face local contact status under high excitatory transmitter pressure.A method of integral contact analysis by using contact elements based on contact theory to carry out finite element analysis of the seal face deformation was put forward,which guarantees the harmony of pressure and deformation and realizes the automatic solution of contact pressure on the seal face and the balance of the float seal ring.The result indicates that the surface of seal rings originates taper-deformation under the function of pressure and moment and forms the contact area and taper-opening area.The pressure and stress is centralized in contact area.
