摘    要:通过分析弹簧片零件的结构工艺性,制定了合理的冲压工艺并设计了生产弹簧片的级进模,分析了冲孔落料弯曲反顶式级进模的设计思路及结构特点,该模具既能满足产品的质量,又能满足生产批量要求。

Abstract:As structure processing of the spring lamination was analyzed, the reasonable stamping process was made and a progressive-die was designed to produce the spring lamination. The design idea and structural characteristics of punching, blanking and bending reverse-push-out progressive-die were analyzed. The mould met the requirenents of the quality and the quantity production.
