绥中36-1油田稠油聚合物降粘剂的研究

摘    要:通过对绥中36-1油田原油物性的分析,有针对性地对聚合物降粘剂单体进行了初选,继而合成了一系列聚合物降粘剂,通过对所合成的聚合物降粘剂降粘效果的筛选和研究,确定了对绥中36-1油田具有较好降粘效果的聚合物降粘剂BST-RP及其配方;并对该聚合物降粘剂存在情况下,体系其他因素对降粘效果的影响以及采用聚合物降粘剂对原油后处理的影响进行了研究,结果显示BST-RP降粘剂具有较好的综合效果,对原油开采及其后处理均无不良影响。

Abstract:Through physical analysis of crude oil in Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield, initial selection is made on polymer viscosity reducing agent monomer accordantly and a series of viscosity reducing agents are synthesized, through result selection and research of all the synthesized viscosity reducing agents. The polymer viscosity reducing agent BST-RT and its formula with good viscosity reducing effect to Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield are determined. The effect of other factors on viscosity reducing efficiency and the effect of the application of the agent on crude oil process of the system are studied with the existence of the polymer viscosity reducing agent. The result indicates that BST-RP viscosity reducing agent has better integral result, of which no bad influence would be caused in oil production and late oil process.
