异径接头热成形坯料形状数值模拟与实验研究

摘    要:采用有限元成形分析软件DEFORM_ 3D,对异径接头热成形在坯料形状选择上的数值模拟研究,并对模拟结果进行实验.总结出异径接头热成形坯料的最佳形状为锥形管.研究结果对异径接头的设计与制造有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:Through FEA forming software DEFORM-3D,the numerical simulation study is applied to shape selection for the reducing joint blank in hot forming processing,and the experiment is used to simulation results,summarized the best shape of blank for the reducing joint in hot forming processing.The results have certain guidance in the design and manufacture of reducing joint.
