| 摘 要： | 常压天然气水套加热炉是气田上常用的加热炉，但存在传热效率较低、能耗较高等问题。为此，介绍了一种新型的天然气真空相变炉的工作原理、技术特点，经在川东气田现场应用证明，其具备安全、节能、耐用、无电自控等优点，具有良好的技术性能和经济效益，在气田开发中具有广泛的推广应用前景。

| Abstract: | The atmospheric natural gas water jacket heater is a kind of heater which is commonly used at gas fields. It has some disadvantages, including relatively low heat transfer efficiency and relatively high energy consumption. This paper hereby introduces a new kind of vacuum phase changeable heater and describes its working principles and technical characteristics. After on site application at East Sichuan Gas Field, it is believed that the heater is secure, energy saving, durable and electroless auto control. It is of favorable technical performances and economic benefit. It can be widely promoted and applied at gas fields. |
