| 摘 要： | 在氯铂酸催化下,端含氢硅油(PHMS)和烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(FAE-10)经硅氢加成反应制得了一种新型表面活性剂——端基型聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂(TPESS).对实验条件进行了优化探索,结果表明:氯铂酸用量(以铂计)占总单体质量分数2.0×10-5、FAE-10和PHMS按n(C=C)∶n(Si-H)=1.1∶1.0、反应温度90℃、反应时间4h,可获得淡黄色透明且具有高表面活性的TPESS.用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1 H-NMR)对其结构进行了表征.

| Abstract: | A new kind of terminated thesized by hydrosilylation of the polyether modified silicone surfactant （TPESS） was syn- bis-dimethylhydrogen siloxyl-terminated polydimethylsi- loxane （PHMS） with allylpolyoxyethylene ether（FAE-10） in the presence of a platinum cat- alyst. The optimum experimental conditions were studied. The experimental results showed that the TPESS with a light yellow, limpidity and high-surface-activity is obtained when chloroplatinic acid （to calculate with platinum） dosage（relative to monomer mass fraction）is 2.0×10^-5, FAE-10 to PHMS is n（C=C） ： n（Si-H） =1.1 ： 1.0, reaction temperature is 90 ℃ ,reaction time is 4 h. The chemical structure of TPESS is characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. |
