摘    要:针对某厂300 MW机组湿法烟气脱硫系统效率下降,通过烟气在线监测系统、吸收塔浆液品质、吸收剂品质、吸收荆浆液输送能力、浆液喷淋量5个方面进行综合试验分析,判断为喷嘴及喷淋母管堵塞使浆液喷淋量降低而影响气液比是导致系统脱硫效率下降的主要原因,供分析湿法烟气脱硫系统效率下降原因和处理故障参考.

Abstract:The cause of low efficiency of desulfurization system for 300MW units is analyzed from flue gas line monitoring system,absorber slurry quality,absorbent quality,transmission capacity of absorbent slurry,the slurry spray volume in the article.The main reason of liquid/gas ratio and desulfurization efficiency drop is the blocking of nozzles and mother tube.The paper provides reference about the causes and treatment for wet flue gas desulfurization systems.
