摘    要:对回收的废旧镍氢(MH-Ni)电池负极材料AB5型储氢合金进行改性再利用,经过高温氧化处理和添加改性石墨制成复合材料后,用于高性能锂离子电池负极材料.通过X射线衍射(XBD)和电子显微镜(SEM)对材料进行了简单表征,采用恒电流充放电仪对材料进行电化学性能测试.实验结果表明,所制得的AB5型氧化合金/碳复合材料的首次充...

Abstract:A novel AB5-alloy oxide/ carbon composite is firstly fabricated through a facile mixing of oxidized AB5-alloy reclaimed from obsolete MH-Ni battery and modified graphite as advanced anode material for lithium ion batteries.The structure and morphology of the obtained samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The electrochemical performances are investigated by constant current charge-discharge cycling.Electrochemical test shows that the prepared composite anode exhibits an initial discharge and charge capacity of 1639.7 and 681.2 mAh/g,respectively, which is higher than the theoretical capacity (372 mAh/g) of graphite, and maintains a high reversible capacity of 420 mAh/g up to 180 cycles, demonstrating the composite to be good active Li-storage material with excellent cyclic stability for lithium ion batteries.
