芝麻中芝麻酚提取工艺的研究

摘    要:文章以芝麻粉为材料,乙醇为萃取剂,研究了芝麻酚提取工艺,对芝麻酚含量进行测定。通过对单因素条件的选择和正交试验,确定了提取芝麻酚的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,提取水浴温度80℃,料液比为1∶15,提取时间100 min;在上述的最佳工艺条件下,芝麻酚提取率为20.1 mg/g。

Abstract:Technologic parameters(including solvent,extracting time and temperature) in extracting Seasmol by Ethanol from Sesame seeds were studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions were a quotient of raw material extracted by 15 quotients 60 % ethanol(g/mL) in water bath heat 80 for 100 min and in which the extracting rate of total Seasmol was 20.1 mg/g.
