浙江省安全生产工作管理创新与成效

安全生产工作事关最广大人民群众的根本利益,事关改革发展和稳定大局。浙江省委省政府历来高度重视安全生产工作,结合浙江省实际,进行了一系列探索和实践。特别是近几年来,将安全生产工作与"平安浙江"创建和社会管理创新结合起来,作了大量的工作,进一步改变了浙江省安全生产基础工作薄弱的状况,逐步扭转了近年来浙江省生产安全事故高发的势头。文章着重从创新体制建设、健全法制体系、创新监管手段、推动企业主体责任落实、加强应急管理建设等几个方面阐述了浙江省在安全生产工作管理方面的亮点做法与所取得的成效。

Administration Innovation and Success of Work Safety in Zhejiang Province

Being closely linked with the basic benefits of Chinese people, work safety has always been crucial to success of our reform and development. Zhejiang provincial government has attached much importance to work safety and taken series of exploration and measures. During these years, Zhejiang provincial government has developed a systematic framework and practices in integrating work safety with ＂peaceful Zhejiang＂ campaign and social administration innovation, which helps improve the capability of work safety administration and decrease work safety incidents. The present paper aimed to explore the ＂best practices＂ and effects of work safety administration measures which Zhejiang provincial government had taken in system construction and administration innovation, emergency management and enterprise responsibility fulfillment.
