水平逆流式湿法分级机分级效率的计算分析

摘    要:以一种新开发的水平逆流式湿法分级机为研究对象,通过液流在分级区的速度分布及颗粒在液流中的运动规律,建立了该分级机分级效率的计算模型。与实验结果比较,该模型可反映分级机分级效率特性;并由此模型分析了分级机结构及操作参数对分级效率的影响。分析结果表明,控制一定的碟片间距、转子转速及液流速度可以得到较高的分级效率。

Abstract:Aimed at a new type of wet classifier with horizontal adverse flow, a calculation model ofclassification efficiency was established based on the law of liquid velocity distribution and the particlemotion in the classification zone. Compared with the experimental data, this model can reflect the classification characteristics of the classifier. By this model, the influences of structure and operationalparametres on classification efficiency were also analysed. The results showed that higher classificationefficiency could be obtained by controling the space between inner plates, rate of rotor and liquid velocity.
