可生物降解高分子纳米微粒的制备及表征

摘    要:以合成的聚己内酯(PCL)、聚丙交酯(PLLA) 们的共聚物(PCLLA)为材料,通过沉淀法制备了PCL、PLLA、PCLLA纳米微粒。透射电子显微镜和激光粒度仪分析表明,获得了纳米微粒具有较小的尺寸和粒径分布。同时还研究了水相温度、聚合物的分子量以及聚合物材料本身性质对纳米微粒粒径大小和分布的影响。

Abstract:Biodegradable homopolymers and copolymers of ε-caprolactone and L-lactide were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization at 120 ℃ using stannous octoate as a catalyst. Nanoparticles of these polymers were prepared by precipitation method. The morphological examination of nanoparticles was performed by means of a transmission electron microscope, and the mean particle size and size distribution were measured by laser light scattering technique. The effects of polymer composition, temperature of the aqueous phase and molecular weight of the polymer on particle size were investigated. The results indicate that the particle size of the copolymers is smaller than that of the homopolymers. With the increase of water phase temperature, the particle size decreases and the yield of nanoparticle increases. On the contrary, with the increase of the polymer molecular weight, the particle size increases and the yiled of nanoparticle decreases.
