| 摘 要： | 综述了彗星试验在农药遗传毒性检测中的应用现状，测试了新型嘧啶苄胺除草剂一丙酯草醚等5种新农药对小鼠骨髓细胞和生殖细胞的DNA损伤情况，摸索了最适的彗星试验方法条件，比较不同细胞的敏感性，建立彗星试验标准操作规程(SOP)，最终达到彗星试验在新农药遗传毒性检测中的应用和推广。 |

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the current status in use of the Comet assay for determining heritable toxicity of new pesticides. In addition, the Comet assay was used to detect DNA damage in mice erythroblast and seminal cells by ZJ 0273 and 4 other herbicides representing the pyrimidine benzylamides, new herbicide family. Optimum experimental conditions for the Comet assay were explored, and the sensitivities of different cell types were compared in order to establish a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the Comet assay and facilitate widespread use of this assay in heritable toxicity studies with new pesticides. |
