临湖地区超长地下室结构裂缝控制

摘    要:临湖地区的气候、地质条件等各方面较之其他地区更加复杂,其对建筑物的设计、施工等提出更高的要求,特别是对于超长地下室结构的影响更加严峻.结合某酒店项目的实际情况,就临湖地区超长地下室结构的裂缝控制,从设计、材料和施工三方面进行浅析,重点对设计、材料以及防水混凝土施工缝、穿墙管道、预留洞、转角、坑槽、后浇带等地下薄弱环节的施工要点进行详细的分析,重点控制.实践证明,该工程裂缝控制方法切实可行,可供类似工程借鉴.

Abstract:Compared to other areas, the climate, geological conditions of the lakeside and so on are more complex, as sets higher demands for the design and construction, especially the super long basement structure. This article based on the design, material and the construc- tion of one hotel project analyzes the influencing factors of the cracks in the super long base- ment structure in the design, material, waterproof concrete construction joints, through-the- wall pipes, preserved holes, corners, pits and grooves, post-cast strip and the like. The en- gineering practice shows that the method used in the project to control cracks is effective.
