基于ANSYS的塔机底盘结构的模态分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS的APDL语言对塔机底盘结构进行参数化建模和模态分析,得到塔机底盘结构前20阶固有频率及相应频率下的振型,得到动力学响应分析的初步数据,且数据符合工程实际应用。可以看出随着模态分析阶数的增加,固有频率呈递增趋势,当频率为61.633Hz时,结构的振型变化最为明显,且主要表现为塔机底盘基础节部分的腹杆的左右摆动。

Abstract:By using APDL language of the finite element software ANSYS to parametric modeling and modal analysis of the class is structure of the tower crane, this paper get the top 20 order natural frequencies, corresponding modal frequency and dynamic response analysis preliminary data of the tower crane chassis structure, and the data accords with the practical application of engineering. It can be seen that with the increase of the modal analysis order, inherent frequency is in increasing trend. When the frequency of 61.633 Hz, the structure of the vibration mode change is most obvious, and the main performance as the tower crane chassis section part of CHS's swinging
