调谐质量吸振器钢轨减振降噪技术应用

摘    要:城市轨道交通减振降噪问题越来越受到关注,总结了国内外典型的调谐质量阻尼(TMD)钢轨结构形式,分析钢轨减振降噪的基本原理.通过建立普通钢轨和减振器钢轨有限元模型,分析钢轨模态,评价普通钢轨结构系统的动态特性;通过建立动力学仿真模型,分析了浙江某股份有限公司的吸振器钢轨的减振性能,仿真结果表明其减振效果十分明显.

Abstract:Nowadays more and more people pay attention to the reduction of urban rail transit vibration and noise. This paper presents the structure of tuned mass damper(TMD)rail at home and abroad, analyzes the basic principles of the reduction of vibration and noise. Through the analysis of the finite element models of rail and damper rail, the dynamic behav- ior of the rail system is evaluated. Through dynamics simulation with models analyses the performance of vibration-reduction of damper rail made by a company in Zhejiang, the result indicates the perfect effect of vibration reduction.
