| 摘 要： | 通过比较国内外项目工程技术管理的差异,国内外项目工程监理的管理权限差异,国内外工程质量标准的差异,介绍了国际项目管理中对技术管理影响的因素,论述了国际项目工程技术的管理内容和管理思路,并探讨了国际项目技术管理的创新管理.从而实现了降低项目施工成本、向技术要效益的目标. |

| Abstract: | By comparing the differences between domestic and oversea market in criteria of technical management,management power of engineering supervision,and quality control,the factors which affect technical management in the international projects management are highlighted.Content and ideas of technical management for international projects are introduced,and innovations discussed.By applying these techniques and innovations,the cost of each project can be reduced and profit increased. |
