高精度激光脉冲测距双阈过零时刻甄别技术研究

摘    要:在高精度激光脉冲测距中,为了消除激光回波信号幅度变化带来的定时误差,提出了采用双阈过零时刻甄别技术。分析了准高斯激光脉冲通过有源CR微分电路成形为双极性脉冲后,微分过零点与激光脉冲的峰位之间的对应关系。设计了由带锁定功能的高速比较器AD96687等芯片组成的高精度双阈过零甄别电路,对电路进行了误差分析,给出了提高精度的措施。实验结果表明:定时精度优于67ps。

Abstract:In high precision laser pulsed ranging,the double threshold zero-crossing discriminating circuit is proposed in order to eliminate the timing error caused by the amplitude change of the echo signal.In this article we analyzed the corresponding relationships between the differential zero-crossing and the peak position of laser pulse after the quasi-gaussian laser pulses passing the active CR differential circuits.The high precision double threshold zero-crossing discriminating circuits composed of some chips...
