超导限流器引入配电系统后的短路行为仿真

摘    要:借助EMTP对10 kV配电系统中引入超导限流器的短路行为进行了仿真。给出了超导限流器的数学模型,着重分析了超导限流器限流电阻和故障检测时间对短路电流峰值、非故障线电压、超导限流器上的电压的影响。仿真结果表明, 增大限流电阻可以显著降低短路电流的峰值,并有利于维持非故障线的电压,但限流器上的电压也会增加。故障检测时间是影响超导限流器性能的关键参数,快速故障检测对提高超导限流器的性能、降低开关开断后的恢复电压非常有利。

Abstract:Short circuit process of superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) in a power distribution system is simulated by using EMTP. The mathematical model of SFCL and its impedance characteristics are given. The limiting resistance in SFCL and the fault detection time impact on peak value of fault current, line voltage of feeders without fault and voltage across SFCL are analysed. The simulating results show that increasing resistance can drastically limit the peak value of fault current, and can maintain the line voltage of feeders without fault. On the other hand, increasing resistance will increase the voltage across the SFCL. The fault detection time is a key parameter of influencing the SFCL performance. Fast fault detection is very beneficial to improve the performance of SFCL and to decrease the recovering voltage across SFCL.
