| 摘 要： | 文中以电话机外壳为例,介绍了Moldflow软件在注塑模具设计中的应用,通过对其浇口位置分析、充填分析、冷却分析以及翘曲分析,优化了模具结构,最后用UG中的Moldwizard模块对电话机外壳进行了注塑模设计.

| Abstract: | Taking a telephone shell as an example, the applicaton of Moldtlow software in the process of injection molding simulation is intrndueed. Through the analysis of the gate location, filling, cooling and warping, the strueture of telephone shell mold is optimized. Finally the telephone shell mold is designed based on Moldwizard module of UG software. |
