摘    要:根据某航空企业的需求,提出了针对法兰盘类零件进行批量自动化清洗设备的设计方案,该设备集成了多种清洗技术于一体,其中包括超声波清洗、射流清洗和喷淋清洗等技术,实现了对不同规格的法兰盘类零件的批处理清洗,提高了清洗效率和清洁度。清洗过程中采用水基清洗剂,实现了环境友好型清洗目标。此外,该设备采用了PLC控制技术对清洗过程实施自动化控制,实现了自动化清洗。该方案解决了法兰盘类零件传统清洗的低效率、低质量以及过程难以控制的问题。

Design Principles of an Automatic Cleaning Machine for Flange Parts

Abstract:An automatic cleaning machine designing scheme for cleaning flange parts had been brought out in the requirement of an aviation enterprise. The machine, integrating a variety of cleaning technologies, including uhrasonic cleaning, jet cleaning and spray cleaning, achieves a high efficiency and a high cleanliness to flange parts of different specifications in bulk, meanwhile water-based cleaning agent, used in cleaning process, is an environmentally friendly cleaning agent. In addition, cleaning process also comes to be automatically under the control of PLC. The design scheme has solved the problem of traditional cleaning with lower efficiency, lower quality and difficult process controlling.
