PTA装置中压缩机喘振控制的设计与实现

摘    要:为确保压缩机在PTA装置中稳定可靠地运行,采用美国CCC公司世界最先进的压缩机控制系统和世界三大安全系统之一的德国HIMA系统的结合设计来实现防喘振控制;通过分析PTA装置中压缩机组防喘振控制的特点,对其算法进行消化,针对机组防喘振系统正常负荷下,利于防喘振阀的实时准确地动作,提出了解决方案。实践证明,控制效果良好,使机组效率最大化。

Design and Realization of Compressor Surge Control in PTA Installation
Abstract:For the the compressor purpose of assuring can be operating reliably and stably in PTA installation, the most advanced compressor control system in the world in America CCC (compresor Controls Corporation) is adopted and combined with German HIMA system design which is one of three biggest safety systems in the world to realize anti-surge control. Based on analyzing the characteristics of compressor unit anti-surge control in PTA installation, the algorithm is understood in this paper. Aiming at the anti-surge valve can be operating in real-time and accurately, the solving project is pointed out under the normal load of unit anti-surge system. The practice proves that the control effect is good and makes the unit effiency maximum.
