摘    要:介绍了增量式时栅位移传感器的工作原理,在分析信号产生及增量测量方法的基础上,采用D触发器工作原理设计了防重复计数电路模块,并采用VHDL语言设计了增量及方向信号产生电路模块,解决了时栅传感器信号处理电路的增量信号输出问题。通过对增量信号处理电路在CPLD中的综合时序仿真,验证了电路设计的正确性。CPLD可再编程的特点便于后续开发对传感器测量处理电路的升级。

Abstract:The working principle of incremental time-grating displacement sensor is introduced. Based on the analysis of signal produced and incremental measuring method, the circuit module for defending from repeating count is designed by using D trigget principle, and the circuit module for producing incremental signals and direction signals is designed by VHDL, sothat the issue of increment signal processing circuit is solved. The correctness of circuit design is validated with sequential simulation. The programmable feature of CPLD makes circuit upgrade convenient.
