摘    要:通过对废弃钻井液的来源、水质特征和治理现状等问题的分析,合成了一种新型的化学脱稳剂PJJ,并对化学脱稳、Fe/C微电解、H<,2>O<,2>/Fe<'2+>催化氧化处理方法进行了讨论,通过实验确定了各工艺的最佳条件.实验证明,PJJ对废弃钻井液的处理效果非常好,处理后的废弃钻井液达到国家二级排放标准.

Abstract:A new chemical destabilizer was synthesized on the basis of the analyses done on the sources of waste drilling fluids, the water quality and the treatment of waste drilling fluids. Laboratory experiments were conducted to confirm the optimum techniques of the synthesis. A discussion on the chemical destabili-zation, Fe/C micro electrolysis, and H<,2>O<,2>/Fe<'2+> catalytic oxidation treatment was presented in this paper.Experiments also showed that very good results were obtained in the treatment of waste drilling fluids with chemical destabilizers, and the treated waste drilling fluids can be discharged directly in the light of the Na-tional Standards.
