| Abstract: | First reviews the typical material leakage accidents in the nuclear fuel cycle at home and abroad,in order to achieve the goal of“comprehensive and thorough,meticulous and thorough,no dead space and no blind area”in the investigation of potential material leakage accidents,the outlook of initiating event analysis,failure mode and effect analysis,human factor analysis of probabilistic safety analysis is used to analyze the accident potential of every main link of nuclear fuel cycle except nuclear power,obtaining a comprehensive list of potential accidents to be used as a reference for safety inspection and hidden danger investigation,preventing and reducing of material leakage accidents in nuclear fuel cycle. |
