柴油微乳液的配制

摘    要: 利用非离子型表面活性剂复配制备W/O柴油微乳液,并以油、水、表面活性剂+助表面活性剂为三组分绘制了相图。从微乳液相区面积的变化考察了不同表面活性剂的复配、不同的助表面活性剂及助表面活性剂与表面活性剂质量比(m(C)/m(T))对柴油微乳液形成的影响。并用不同浓度的NaOH溶液代替水相,考察了碱液对柴油微乳液形成的影响。得到的最佳的柴油微乳液配制的条件为:表面活性剂复配质量比(m(T80)/m(S80))为0.667,m(C)/m(T)为0.3,助表面活性剂为正丁醇,NaOH溶液质量分数为0.2 %。利用HLB值理论和界面膜理论对实验结果进行了初步分析。

Abstract:The preparation of water-in-oil(W/O) diesel oil microemulsion with mixed nonionic surfactants was carried out.The microemulsions were formed with four constituents: water,oil,cosurfactant and surfactant,and their ternary phase diagrams were represented.According to the area change of microemulsion phase in ternary phase diagram,the effects of different factors on the formation of diesel oil microemulsion were investigated,including the mass ratio of surfactants,the type of cosurfactant,the mass ratio of cosurfactant to surfactant(m(C)/m(T)).In the preparation of diesel oil microemulsion,NaOH-water solusion was used to substitute the blended water in order to obtain the more stable microemulsion.Finally,the optimal preparation conditions were presented,in which the mass ratio of surfactants(m(T80)/m(S80)) was 0.667,(m(C)/m(T)) was 0.3 with n-butyl alcohol as the cosurfactant,and the mass fraction of NaOH liquor was 0.2%,the experimental results were also analyzed preliminarily by the "HLB" theory and interfacial membrane theory.
