深水大管径厚壁海底管道ECA评估

摘    要:根据英国BS7910标准2B级断裂评定准则,对某深水海底管线焊接接头进行了ECA评定,得到了最大铺设应力和最大错边的情况下焊接接头表面和埋藏裂纹的临界尺寸,为海底管线铺设中AU聃佥验提供了验收标准,有效的降低了焊接返修率,保证了施工速度,节约了成本。

Abstract:According to Level 2B,BS7910 standard fracture assessment criterion, the welding joint of the deep water subsea pipeline has been performed engineering critical assessment (ECA), obtained the critical surface and embeded flaw size with the maximum laid stress and the axial misalignment. It provides the acceptable criterion for AUT inspection in the process of pipeline laying, effectively reduce the welding repair rate, ensure the installation speed, saving the cost.
