海洋修井机底座有限元分析及优化设计

摘    要:
针对海洋修井机底座轻量化的要求,利用ANSYS软件对某海洋修井机底座进行了三维有限元分析,得到了位移及应力分布。结果表明,最大钩载工况下强度和稳定性均满足要求。用Matlab和ANSYS软件对底座结构尺寸进行优化,得到符合底座工况要求的最优梁的截面尺寸,并对优化结构进行有限元分析。结果表明,优化结构也满足底座的强度及稳定性要求。通过对比发现,Matlab优化设计的底座结构更节约材料,所得到的设计尺寸更接近最优解,因此选取Matlab优化设计的底座结构来指导实际生产。

The finite element analysis and optimized design of the offshore workover rig base
Abstract:
In light of the lightweight requirement of the offshore workover rig base,a three-dimension finite element analysis of a certain offshore workover rig base was conducted by means of the ANSYS software,obtaining the displacement and stress distribution.The results show that in the maximum hook load operating condition,both strength and stability meet the requirement.The Matlab and ANSYS software were utilized to optimize the structural dimensions of the base,obtaining the cross-section dimensions of the optimum beam which agree with the requirements of the operating condition and a finite element analysis of the optimized structure was conducted.The results indicate that the base structure of the Matlab optimized design can better save materials and the design dimensions obtained come closer to the optimum solution.Therefore,the base structure of the Matlab design is chosen to guide the practical production.
