GC-AAS联用接口的温度控制系统设计

摘    要:采用聚四氟乙烯管作转接材料实现气相色谱仪毛细管柱与石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪检测器的连接。设计"AT89C2051+D S18B20"嵌入式温度测量与控制系统有效地控制聚四氟乙烯管连接段的温度,使其保持在120℃左右,给出嵌入式温度控制系统硬、软件的设计方法。对联用仪器的其它部分也进行优化处理。所设计联用仪器可用于有机汞形态分析。

Abstract:PTFE tube was used as transferring line of capillary column gas chromatograph with graphite fur- nace atomic absorption spectrometer.To keep the temperature of PTFE tube at about 120℃,"AT89C2051 + DS 18B20" embedded temperature measurement and control systems was designed.Hardware and software of the embedded system was also given.Other Connections of these two instruments have also been optimized.The two joined apparatus can be used for organic mercury speciation analysis.
