基于小波分析的滚动轴承故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:针对机械设备滚动轴承的振动特性,研究一种优化的小波变换算法,并将其投入到滚动轴承的故障诊断中。对小波进行分解,以及阈值的选取方面进行技术性的研究,提高信噪比,提高故障诊断的精确性。在系统服务层上,使用Web开发技术开发基于B/S结构的在线监测系统,实现机械设备滚动轴承的远程监测、诊断管理。
