摘    要:采用从神府煤洗煤水中提取的三种菌株(XK-a,XK-b,XK-c),采用异步驯化法,以风化煤为唯一碳源的无机盐固体培养基对微生物进行驯化,采用细胞液液态转化方式对光氧化6 h神府煤进行转化。结果表明,经过驯化后微生物对神府煤的转化率明显提高,XK-c是驯化后变异程度最高的动态培养转化14 d,无机培养基转化效果最好。经微生物转化后的原煤与原煤的光谱特征非常相似,但经微生物转化后,原煤的醚键振动吸收强度明显下降,羟基振动强度增强。

Abstract:The three strains(XK-a,XK-b,XK-c)which were extracted and screened from Shenfu coal-washing waste water,were domesticated by asynchronous domestication method. Weathered coal was re-spectively used as sole carbon source with solid inorganic salt plate culture. Result showed that the coal photo-oxidationized for 6 h was bio-conversed with cell sap squid found out that the bioconversion by do-mesticated strains was greatly improved. When the dynamic culture transformed 14 d,the conversion of in-organic medium is best. There are many similarities between the raw coal and its spetral characnteristics. But after bioconversion,the absorption intensity of ether bond vibration was reduced greatly and hydroxyl vibration intensity was improved.
