水利水电工程造价中单价法预测的探讨

摘    要:水利水电工程建设是我国经济基础建设之一,水利水电工程大多数技术复杂、规模大,工期长、投资巨大,有着极强的综合性和系统性。当前预测水利工程造价仍沿用了传统的单价法,虽然也做了一定的改进及完善,但是仍然存在一些问题,预测得出的结果经常与实际不符或者存在偏差。本文根据某水利水电工程实例,重点论述了当前单价法预测中的一些问题及改进措施,旨在为相关工程提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:The construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects is one of economie infrastructure construction in China. Most water conservancy and hydropower projects are characterized by complex technology, large scale, long duration, huge investment, strong integrity and systematic feature. Traditional unit price method is still adopted in predicating water conservancy project cost currently. Although the method is improved and perfected, it still has some problems. The predication results are constantly inconsistent with practical condition or deviation. The paper focuses on discussing some problems and improvement measures in current unit price method predication according to one water conservancy and hydropower engineering example, thereby providing reference for related projects.
