有限元法分析300MW机组给水调节阀节流管应力

摘    要:本文介绍了300MW机组的15%给水汽动调节阀节流管的有限元热应力和变形分析计算.对引进的CADAM 和有限元软件进行了改造,组成了较完善的有限元前后处理系统的CADAM软件包.在确定了力学模型后,应用CADAM网格和前处理程序,划分了有限元网格,提取了节点和单元卡,进行了SAP5和ADINA程序的计算,并用ADINA—PLOT和SAP5后处理程序,进行了热应力和变形分析.应用计算应力进行了疲劳分析,并与解析法计算结果对比.应力分析表明:有限元法计算应力与解析法相近.

Abstract:In the paper,the stress of throttling pipe of feedwsterregulating valve was analyzed in detail by the finite elementmethod and its mechanical model has been set.The thermo e-lastic—plastic stress end deformation was also calculated.Thefatigue life analysis was performed by Harbin Boiler Works.In the mesh time,It was shown to be similar that the results offinite element method were compared with th them of analysismethod.
