摘    要:图像除噪一直是数字图像处理中的一个重要环节。为抑制噪声,改善图像质量,使用滤波技术对图像信号进行平滑处理是最基本也是十分重要的技术手段。提出了一种部分中值峰谷修正滤波方法。仿真结果表明,这一方法在去除图像噪声的同时有效地保护了图像的边缘和细节,显示出良好的去噪性能。

Abstract:In the course of producing and transmission of the digital image, the disturbing and effecting of various noise is the main factor that decrease the quality of the output image. The noises are from photo-electricity sensor, photo grain, electromagnetic wave disturbing, error code of channel and other cause. Therefore, the denoising of the image is an important step in processing of digital image. Filter technique is an important and essential means in processing of digital image. In this paper, we propose part median peak-valley mend filter method. The simulating tests suggest that this algorithm had advantage over the peak-valley filter method. It is efficient in the removal of the impulse noise especially. It protects the details of the image while enhancing the SNR.
