C80高流态混凝土研究

摘    要:为使C80混凝土实现工程应用,混凝土配制强度须大于94.5MPa。通过高效混凝土外加剂与胶凝材料相容性研究,发现两者间最佳相容性可通过复合矿物掺料的掺量来调整。试验结果说明,采用调整高效外加剂用量、自由设定减水率的方法,并利用复合矿物掺料的叠加效应实现低水胶比混凝土高流态化的技术途径是可行的。

Abstract:In order to utilize the C80 concrete in engineering projects,the concrete should be prepared with strength more than 94 5MPa.It was found by research on compatibility of superior admixture and binding material that the optimum compatibility between them can be obtained by adjusting the dosage of composit mineral additive.The results of experiment show that by the superimposed effect of adjusting the dosage of superior admixture.Ratio of water reducing arbitarary setting and utilizing the composit mineral additive to achieve the high flowability for concrete with low ratio of water to binding is available.
